The VL Standard roof system for the installation of photovoltaic panels on a flat roof is a structure in a vertical arrangement, in which modules are screwed with the long side. Depending on the roof sheathing and project requirements, the structure is installed by:
- welding using a welded base,
- bolting using double-threaded screws or anchors,
- ballasting using an “omega” element,
- linear ballasting.
The system with a “south” orientation comes standard with a windlass for stability. The structure comes in two sizes of supports, thanks to which it is possible to achieve fixed angles of 15° and 13°, or variable angles of 17-27° and 15-25° with the use of an additional telescope. The supports are connected by pins and pins.
The most commonly used material is S350GD structural steel and 310 and 430 zinc-magnesium coatings, a combination that guarantees the achievement of a warranty of up to 15 years. This makes our solutions a lasting investment for years to come.
