Description

The EW-HS roof system for mounting photovoltaic panels on a flat roof is a structure in a horizontal arrangement, in which modules are screwed with a short side. Depending on the roof sheathing and project requirements, the structure is installed by:

  • welding using a welded base,
  • bolting using double-threaded screws or anchors,
  • ballasting using an “omega” element,
  • linear ballasting.

The system with an “east-west” orientation is available in large and small support versions, which, combined with additional opening at the ends of the arms, makes it possible to achieve different angles depending on design requirements. The supports are connected by pins and pins.

The most commonly used material is S350GD structural steel and 310 and 430 zinc-magnesium coatings. Such a combination guarantees the achievement of a warranty of up to 15 years. This makes our solutions a durable investment for years to come.

As a standard, the structures are made of S350GD structural steel. This is a metallic-coated variety, which is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance.

The angle of the structure depends on the selected design. It usually ranges from a dozen to several dozen degrees. It depends on the type of structure and its configuration. The angles can be fixed or adjustable.

Each installation requires an individual assessment before implementation, in particular determining the maximum load on the roof, the actual condition of the roof and its sheathing, and an analysis of wind force and snow load.
